A limited number of accessible seating is available for all events at the Abbotsford Centre in specific locations depending on the event and location of the stage. To purchase accessible seating for any event at the Abbotsford Centre, please visit Ticketmaster.ca and toggle on “Accessibility” under Filters or call the Box Office at 604-743-5026.
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available in Lot 4, in front of the Main Entrance on University Way. This lot is unavailable for pre-purchase, you are able to pay for parking when you arrive. Please remember that your stall number is required to pay. The Abbotsford Centre is located at 33800 King Rd. Abbotsford, British Columbia, V2S 8H8.
Abbotsford Centre is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the venue. Designated employees, in addition to our medical services providers, have been properly trained and certified to use the AEDs.

For the safety of all Abbotsford Centre guests, aisles are to be kept clear at all times. Guests are not permitted to dance, linger, sit, or stand in Abbotsford Centre aisles.
Alcohol and beer will be served at most Abbotsford Centre events to those 19 years and older. It is Abbotsford Centre policy to request government photo identification from any guest appearing 40 years of age or younger.
The BC Government requires two pieces of ID for verification of age.
- An official government-issued ID (including foreign government-issued) with name, picture and birth date, such as a driver’s licence or passport
- A secondary ID that includes name and signature or picture, such as a credit card or student ID
No alcohol will be allowed to be brought in or out of the venue.
Any person appearing to be intoxicated before entering the Abbotsford Centre may be denied entry. Any guest found intoxicated within the venue or causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the venue without a refund.
No alcoholic beverage may leave the venue.
Trained service animals are welcome at Abbotsford Centre to provide assistance to guests. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. The service animal is required to rest in the seating area of the guest, not in the aisle.
It is recommended that guests contact the Abbotsford Centre by phone at 604-743-5000 or via email at info@abbotsfordcanucks.ca in advance of their event to ensure we can appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and his or her animal. All other animals or pets are prohibited from the Abbotsford Centre.
ATM's can be found on the concourse near sections 103, 106, 111 and 116. An ATM can also be found on the event level in the hallway near section 101.

All bags are subject to search upon entering the Abbotsford Centre. Please have your bag ready for search before entering the Abbotsford Centre to accelerate the process. Please note, larger type bags like carry bags or backpacks are prohibited.
Subject to artist and management approval. Banners and signs will be welcome at Abbotsford Centre as long as it does not disrupt the view or experience of any other fan and the content is tasteful. Banners and signs are subject to search and may be confiscated if messages are inappropriate. Banner poles and sign sticks are not permitted.
Guests who ride their bike to Abbotsford Centre can secure it at several conveniently located bike racks around the venue

Abbotsford Centre welcomes all guests to bring their own binoculars to further their enjoyment of their event as long as it does not interfere with the viewing enjoyment of other Abbotsford Centre guests.

The Abbotsford Centre Box Office is located on the East side of the building, and is open on event/game days 2 hours before the event starts. Please contact us at 604-743-5026 with any questions.
Abbotsford Centre wants every guest’s visit to be memorable. We check every section prior to and at the conclusion of every Abbotsford Centre event, however, if your seat is broken or requires repair, please notify the nearest Abbotsford Centre employee for assistance or call us at 604-743-5000.
Professional cameras are not allowed inside the Abbotsford Centre. The Abbotsford Centre defines a professional camera as “a camera, digital or otherwise, with a detachable/interchangeable lens of any size/type." The Abbotsford Centre's camera policy is subject to change for concerts and all other events at the request of the artist/performer/team. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic recording devices at their discretion.
Devices that are prohibited include:
- iPad’s
- Video cameras/camcorders
- GoPros and audio recording devices
- Selfie sticks
Camping is not permitted inside or on the exterior of Abbotsford Centre.
In compliance with City Bylaw 1694-2007, the Abbotsford Centre is a smoke-free venue including the use of cannabis and electronic cigarettes (vaping). Please be aware that guests will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the venue during events.
Cancelled / Postponed / Rescheduled Events
In the rare event that an Abbotsford Centre event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit www.abbotsfordcentre.ca for more information.
With any disruption to scheduled events, information will be posted on the Abbotsford Centre social media channels, our website, as well as an email to all ticket purchasers of that event.
Ticketmaster will also email ticket purchasers with information on refunds for cancelled events or how to obtain a refund for an event that has been postponed or rescheduled if the ticket holder can not make the new date. Children under 24-months of age can access the Abbotsford Centre without a ticket as long as they are able to sit on the ticket holder's lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other Abbotsford Centre guests. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different ticket policy that requires children 24-months and under to have a ticket.

Guests are permitted to wear costumes while attending events at the Abbotsford Centre. However, the costume may not conceal any part of their face while walking through security screening, or when purchasing alcohol. Employees reserve the right to ask anyone to remove their mask at any time during the event.

Abbotsford Centre prioritizes the safety and well-being of our guests. Abbotsford Centre has developed a comprehensive Emergency Response Plan to address hazards or risks in the unlikely event one should manifest. Abbotsford Centre personnel are trained to respond to various emergency scenarios with the goal of ensuring the safety of all guests and employees. In accordance with our commitment to safety, and in conjunction with civic stakeholders, Abbotsford Centre conducts regular emergency evacuation drills.

There are 3 general entrances for events: the main entrance at Gate 1 is located on the East side of the building on University Way, King Road Entrance at Gate 4 is located on the North side of the building and College Drive Entrance at Gate 7 is located on the South side of the building. Suite and Loge box owners may enter through the Premium Seating Entrance at Gate 2 located to the right of the Main Entrance at Gate 1 on University Way.
Abbotsford Centre is committed to providing guests with the safest and most secure environment. Exiting and re-entering the building will not be permitted. Once a ticketed guest has been scanned, guests cannot exit the building and return during the event. Guests with emergencies will be assisted by the Guest Services Team on a case-by-case basis.
Family restrooms can be found on the concourse across from section 104, on the floor level by section 101 and on our suite level by Suite 20.
Our family section is located at section 103, rows 7-21 and is a non-alcohol section, meaning that alcohol cannot be brought into that section. This policy is in effect at every event we hold here at the Abbotsford Centre. For more questions pertaining to this please call 604-743-5026.
Trained first aid staff are available during all events at the Abbotsford Centre. Should you require First Aid please let any of our staff members know.
Flyers / Handouts / Product Samples
Distribution of any type of advertisement (i.e. flyers) on Abbotsford Centre property is not permitted. Guests would require prior written consent from Abbotsford Centre in order to distribute any type of commercial or advertising material on the property. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in eviction of the building and further legal and financial sanctions.
The Abbotsford Centre has a large variety of dining options available during your visit so be sure to come hungry. We use the freshest, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. These fresh ingredients are then carefully scooped, grilled, tossed, poured and sautéed to order for you! It doesn’t get any fresher than that!
All concession stands accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. ATMs are readily available. Please see “ATMs” for more information.
The Abbotsford Centre harvests rainwater year-round and up to 1 million litres are used each year for ice production and maintenance. The Food & Beverage team at the Abbotsford Centre uses products that are ‘greener’ and ecologically friendly including the use of paper straws, bio-degradable cups and service containers.
The Abbotsford Centre is committed to providing all guests with an enjoyable and memorable entertainment experience. To create a safe and secure environment for all guests, the following conduct has been deemed unacceptable:
- The use of aggressive, offensive or abusive language and actions.
- Violent behaviour including fighting, taunting and making threatening remarks or gestures.
- Smoking including cigarettes, cigars, narcotics and e-cigarettes.
- Intoxication or other signs of substance impairment.
- Throwing objects of any kind.
- Displaying signs or clothing with obscene, offensive, gang affiliated or indecent messages.
- Inappropriate displays of affection.
- Standing on seats or blocking the aisles.
- Refusal or inability to produce a valid ticket to venue personnel.
- Sitting in seats other than one’s ticketed seat.
- Entering clearly marked restricted areas.
- Any action that impedes the enjoyment of other guests including interference with the event or game.
- Violation of any municipal, provincial, or federal laws.
Our team has been trained to proactively intervene when required and we are committed to engaging all guests in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.
Violators of the Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection without refund, banishment from the premises and revocation of season seats. Actions which constitute criminal behaviour, as defined by law, may result in arrest and prosecution.
The Guest Services Office is located at section 104 near the main entrance. Please visit our Guest Services office for any and all questions or concerns.

If you notice a housekeeping concern while at the Abbotsford Centre, please notify the nearest staff member or visit the Guest Services Office at Section 104.
Lost items during events should be delivered to the Guest Services Office at section 104. Guests may also check the Guest Services Office for lost items.
If you lost an item at an Abbotsford Centre event, please call our Guest Services Department at 604-743-5000 Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm to claim your item.
After 30 days, items may be donated to non-profit charity organizations or disposed of at the discretion of the Guest Services Manager.
If tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately report them to the Box Office at Abbotsford Centre.
For stolen tickets, a copy of the police report must be presented to pick up replacement tickets. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash.
If the Box Office replaces lost tickets, the tickets will only be available at Will Call on the day of the event by the original purchaser with ID and will be subject to a $5 per ticket reprinting charge.
Located on the suite level is our premium lounge. Guests with a valid lounge, loge box or suite tickets can access the lounge via the Premium Entrance or the elevators from Section 103 on the concourse level.
For Abbotsford Canucks Games, the premium lounge on the suite level is open. Guests with club seats, loge box or suite tickets can access the lounge on a first come first serve basis respecting the capacity limit of 125 people. Please note that the premium lounge will be offering beverage service only at this time.

For most events, merchandise can be purchased at section 101. A secondary location may be opened at section 112, depending on the event.
For Abbotsford Canucks Games, the Team Store at Section 100 is open .

For the comfort and safety of everyone at the Abbotsford Centre, a list of prohibited items has been established.

- professional cameras (SLR / DSLR)
- items the contents of which cannot be inspected or displayed
- helmets, tents, chairs
- Personal or refillable water bottles are not permitted in the Abbotsford Centre due to security and health issues. Bottled water is available at most concessions with the option to refill after purchase using the water fountain or washroom sinks.

If you have questions or concerns during the event, please seek the nearest Abbotsford Centre staff member or proceed to our Guest Services Office located at Section 104.
Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the Abbotsford Centre. These devices include, but are not limited to:
- Video cameras/camcorders
- GoPros and audio recording devices
This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic recording devices at their discretion.
There are no refunds available for any Abbotsford Centre event, unless otherwise specified by Abbotsford Centre management.
Abbotsford Centre is a smoke-free venue. In compliance with City Bylaw 1694-2007, we do not provide designated outdoor smoking areas, and there are no in-and-out privileges. If you are smoking prior to entering, please remain seven meters away from the building. Any guest found smoking inside of the Abbotsford Centre will be evicted. This includes e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, and cannabis.

Each show designs and runs its own set, lighting, and sound. In most cases, this equipment travels with the tour and is set up the morning of the show.
Some shows travel with as little as 1 semi-truck of equipment to load in the morning of the show. Other shows like Cirque Du Soleil can travel with 27 semi-trucks and take two days to set up.
Our friendly ushers are a great resource for seating issues, noise/volume concerns, other patron concerns and any displeasure you may experience while attending an event.
Abbotsford Centre requests all guests remain seated during events, unless standing is accepted as normal protocol for the demographics of the event, in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is standing. Standing on seats or any other building structure is unacceptable and may result in ejection from the event.
Strollers are not permitted within the seating area of the Abbotsford Centre. Guests have the ability to check their stroller at the Guest Services Office located at section 104. The Abbotsford Centre is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged strollers.

Taxi's remain on rotation following each event. Taxi drop off and pick up is available at the Northeast side of the building. Please note: due to a limited number of taxi’s that are available in Abbotsford, expect delays in service.

During hockey games, a cooler building temperature is maintained to keep a suitable ice surface for play. For other events where the ice is covered with an insulated sub-floor, the building temperature will vary.
Tickets for Abbotsford Centre events can be purchased from Ticketmaster or the Envision Financial Box Office at the Abbotsford Centre. The Box Office is located on the East side of the building.

Ticket Will Call: If picking up tickets, please arrive at the Box Office early to avoid delays. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order along with Government Issued Photo ID.
“WARNING AND NOTICE OF RESTRICTED LICENSE. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. This ticket is a revocable license. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, “Holder”), agrees to all of the terms hereof. Holder shall not transmit, distribute or sell (or aid in same) any description, account, picture, video, audio or other form of reproduction of the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”). This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes without written consent of the City of Abbotsford (the “City”). Breach of any term of this license, failure to comply with arena rules, or the refunding to Holder of the printed purchase price of this ticket shall terminate any rights that Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized Holder’s use of the ticket; and shall authorize management to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the arena, and eject Holder from the arena. Resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than printed hereon, or while on arena property at any price, is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund or compensation. The date and/or starting time of the Event is subject to change, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund of the purchase price or any other compensation. Holder grants permission to Global Spectrum, L.P. (“Global”), the City, and each of their licensees, employees and agents to utilize Holder’s likeness incidental to any recorded video, photography, audio or visual recording or any other transmission related to the Event, and/or in any promotional activities of such parties within or outside of the arena. Holder is prohibited from bringing or carrying bottles, cans or outside food or beverages into the arena. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly or obnoxious. HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury (including death), property damage, and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, however caused and whether or not caused by negligence of Global, the City or any of their respective officers, employees or agents, and Holder agrees that Global, the City and each of their respective officers, employees and agents are hereby released from all claims of Holder and his or her heirs, executors and administrators arising from, or related in any way to, the Event. Holder consents to a search of Holder and Holder’s belongings upon entry into the arena, and Holder will be denied entry without refund or compensation if Holder refuses such search.”
Ticket resellers are not recognized ticket agents of the Abbotsford Centre. Guests purchasing tickets from a private reseller, intentionally or not, risk being refused entry to the Abbotsford Centre. The Abbotsford Centre strongly recommends all guests purchase their tickets from the Envision Financial Box Office, or online at www.ticketmaster.ca to avoid the possibility of counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets.
Ticket scalping is not allowed on the Abbotsford Centre property. Anyone trying to sell tickets on the property will be asked to leave the premises.
Washrooms are conveniently located throughout the Abbotsford Centre. All washrooms are compliant with accessibility laws. Please ask any Abbotsford Centre staff member for the nearest location.
Empty plastic water bottles are welcome at Abbotsford Canucks games & events. Please note that any glass or steel bottles and all types of cans are not permitted. Our water bottle policy for concerts and all other events is subject to change; please contact Fan Services at 604.743.5100 or info@abbotsfordcanucks.ca to inquire about specific events.
There is a water fountain located at section 103.
Abbotsford Centre provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests who require additional assistance to and from their seats. Guests can request a wheelchair escort to their seat at the Envision Financial Guest Services Office. Please note that the escort will not remain with a guest during the event, nor will the wheelchair be left with a guest during the event. At the conclusion of the event, an escort will return to the guest’s seat and escort him/her to the most convenient exit gate. Additionally, escorts are available only on Abbotsford Centre property and are not permitted to transport beyond the arena property.
The number of accessible seats may vary by event according to the seating configuration. Please note, the floor is not wheelchair accessible unless otherwise noted.
Shaw provides open WIFI for fans. When visiting, look for the Shaw GO Wifi network.
Tickets may be picked up at the Envision Financial Box Office by the purchaser with a valid photo ID. The Box Office is open on event/game days 2 hours before the event starts.
