Box Office

Box Office Hours: Summer Hours (starting May 25)Monday throught Thursday - 10am-4pm and Friday 10am-2pm on a non-event day. Box Office hours are extended on event days.

Accepted Payment Methods Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. A valid I.D. must be presented with all credit card sales. Unfortunately, personal and business cheques will NOT be accepted. Remember, once tickets are purchased, all sales are final. There are NO refunds or exchanges.

Box Office Internet Sales: Tickets for events that are on sale may be purchased online at our website www.abbotsfordcentre.ca, with our print at home capability you may print your tickets using your home computer and printer. Or you can have your tickets mailed to you, or you can choose the Will Call option.

Box Office Charge By Phone: Tickets for all events that are on sale may be purchased 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling New Era Tickets call center toll free number 1.866.977-AESC(2372).

Exchange Rate: We accept USD all points of sale including box office, concessions and merchandise stands at par.

Weekend On-Sales: The Box Office will be open for any weekend public on sales announced for the entertainment & sports centre, all customers will be helped in the order in which they arrive, until the line has subsided or the show sells out of tickets.

Ticket On-Sale Information: The marketing department announces events through media releases and our website. Information can also be found by signing up for the Cyber Club. Event announcements and notifications can be given through our Cyber Club. Visit www.abbotsfordcentre.ca to join.

Family Section: Our family section, section 107 is a non-alcohol section, meaning that alcohol cannot be brought back into that section.  These will be the same for every event we hold here at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre.  For more questions pertaining to this please call 604-743-5025.

Day of Show: The box office will open at the regular time of 10am on day of shows. Closing times will vary, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.

If tickets are lost or misplaced, they can be repritned at a cost of $5.00 per ticket by calling 604-743-5027 but will not be
available for pick up until 90 minutes prior to the start of the event.  If tickets are stolen we will waive the $5.00 reprint fee as long as there is a copy of the police report provided.

If you did not reveive your tickets via mail, or print at home delivery (depending on the option you chose) within 48 hours for
the event please contact us at 1-866-977-2372 to make other arrangements.  If this is not done, and you arrive at the box office,tickets are subject to a reprint fee of $5.00 per ticket.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get will call?Tickets already paid for but not received and complimentary tickets are available at the Abbotsford
Entertainment & Sports Centre Will Call window located at the main box office on the southeast side of the centre.  Tickets may be picked up at the venue Box Office will call window with a valid photo ID matching the name on the account and confirmation number;  Subject to a 2 business day waiting period  from time of purchase unless the event is occurring within that time frame or unless otherwise specified in the event information.  Please note that will call tickets cannot be picked up at retail outlets. Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre personnel has no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office.

Do I need a ticket for my child?Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by the event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Children under 2 are typically admitted free to the Events Center so long as they are seated on the lap of an adult. Policies differ from show to show so please check www.abbotsfordcentre.ca for specific show information. Sesame Street and Dragon Tales Live both require children whom have had their first birthday to have an admission ticket.

How do I order wheelchair or other accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available for all events at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. The Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of the Events Center.   Accessible Seating can be purchased by contacting the Box Office at 604-743-5027 or in person at the main box office (additional fees may apply to phone orders). It is recommended that accessible seating be purchased in advance so that our staff can best recommend how to serve your needs.

 

What if I don't receive my tickets in the mail or I lose them or they are stolen?If you ordered tickets by phone or through the internet and did not receive them in the mail (14 days after your order was
purchased), you should immediately call New Era Tickets 1.866.977-AESC(2372).
Have your confirmation number ready and inform them you did not receive your tickets. Once you have phoned New Era Tickets, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Will Call window on the day of show.

 

What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?If for any reason an event is cancelled, regardless if it is re-scheduled, all customers are eligible for a refund at their
point of purchase. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled - information  is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and also placed on the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre website
www.abbotsfordcentre.ca. Should the event not be rescheduled, all customers who purchased tickets through New Era Tickets will be automatically refunded. Any Box Office purchases must return to the Box Office to obtain a refund with the credit card used and the tickets. Only customers who originally paid in cash will be issued cash refund.  Please note that in the event of a cancellation the paid ticket price will be refunded, however fees associated with the ticket purchase may be retained.  For questions on how to obtain a refund on a cancelled or rescheduled event please contact 1-866-977-2372

What is the difference between adult and adult club tickets?Tickets in our club seat sections 100, 100A and 100B are subject to a slight premium surcharge due to their added amenities of a padded seat and access to the full service restaurant. Only suite holders, loge box holders and those in sections 100, 100A and 100B have access to the restaurant. Club tickets may not be available for every event.
