A-Z Guide to Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre
Accessiblity: Accessible seating is available for all events at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. The Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of the Events Centre. Accessible Seating can be purchased by contacting the Box Office at 604-743-5027, or in person at the AESC box office. It is recommended that accessible seating be purchased in advance so that our staff can best accommodate your needs.

Alcohol: Alcohol and beer will be served at most Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre events to those 19 years and older, and everyone may be required to show proof of age. No alcohol will be allowed to be brought in or out of the venue.
ATM: ATMs are available at Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre.
Baby changing stations: Baby changing stations will be available.
Backstage passes: Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre has no access to backstage passes as they are only supplied by the touring acts.
Bag check: All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc) are subject to search upon entering Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. Please have your bag ready for search before entering entrance doors to accelerate the process.
Banners/Signs: Subject to artist and management approval- banners and signs will be welcome at Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre as long as it does not disrupt the view or experience of any other fan and the content is tasteful. Banners and signs are subject to search and may be confiscated if messages are inappropriate. Banner poles and sign sticks are not permitted.

Box Office Charge By Phone: Tickets for all events that are on sale may be purchased 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling New Era Tickets call center toll free number 1.866.977-AESC(2372).
Cameras: As a general rule, cameras of any kind including professional cameras and those with detachable lenses and recording devices of any kind are not permitted inside Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. See Policy...
Capacity(Seating): For hockey the seating capacity is 7,000. For concerts and events the capacity varies from 1,000-8,500.
Concessions: Concession stands are located throughout Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre and are operated by Ovations Food Services.

Elevators: For your convenience, there are two elevators located in main foyer which provides access to all levels of the facility.
Emergencies: In the event an emergency occurs during an event at Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre , please let any of our staff members know. We will then connect with the required emergency service team.
Entrances: The main entrance for the general public for Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is located on the East side of the building. For Suite, Loge and Club Seat owners the entrance is on the located to the right of the main gates.
Exchange Rate: We accept USD all points of sale including box office, concessions and merchandise stands at par.
Family Section: Our family section, section 107 is a non-alcohol section, meaning that alcohol cannot be brought back into that section. These will be the same for every event we hold here at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre.

First Aid: There will be a first aid location in the venue. Should you require First Aid please let any of our staff members know.
Lost and Found: If you lost an item at an Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre event, please call our Guest Services Department at 604-743-5010 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm to claim your item.
Lost and Stolen Tickets: If tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately report them to the Box Office at Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. For stolen tickets, a copy of the police report must be presented to pick up replacement tickets. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash. If the Box Office replaces lost tickets, the tickets will only be available at Will Call on the day of the event by the original purchaser with ID.
Parking: Parking is located in several different areas for the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre (see Parking & Transportation icon on home page)
Prohibited Items: Prohibited items include but are not limited to: outside food or drink, carry bags or backpacks, bottles or cans, containers, illegal substances, incendiary devices, weapons of any type, strollers, banner sticks or flag poles, artificial noise making devices, laser pointers, helium balloons, audio or video recorders, pets other than service animals, cameras, or items the contents of which cannot be inspected or displayed.
Re-entry: There is a no re-entry policy for the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre all exits are final.
Refunds: There are no refunds available for any Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre event, unless otherwise specified by Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre management.
Restrooms: There are four men's and four women's restrooms on the concourse level along with one family restroom. On the suite level there are two men's and two women's along with one family restroom.
Security: If you need security during an Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre event, please contact any staff member.
Service Animals: Service Animals are allowed inside Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre. However, we ask that all guest who plan on bringing a service animal to an event, please contact Guest Services at 604-743-5010 so the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre staff can provide the best service possible.
Smoking Policy: Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is a non-smoking facility. There are no smoke-outs.
Solicitation: There is no solicitation allowed at any Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre event.
Souvenirs: Event souvenirs can be purchased at the venue.
Strollers: Strollers are allowed in Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre however; you will be required to check it in at Guest Services.

Ticket Policy: The ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any game or event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the game or event, and hereby agrees to assume same. Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price appearing hereon, and/or to expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket, and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price. Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honored. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and facility rules ("The Rules"). Failure to comply with The Rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. A list of prohibited items is posted at all points of entry to the facility. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance with The Rules. Price shown is inclusive of all taxes and facility charges where applicable. Without the express written consent of the producers, no ticket shall be resold, given away, or disposed of by the purchaser in connection with any promotion by the purchaser of any products or services whatsoever, or for any other commercial purpose.
Ticket Scalping: Ticket scalping is not allowed on the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre property or any of the property surrounding the venue.
Will Call: Tickets may be picked up at the venue Box Office Will Call window by the credit card holder only with the purchasing credit card and valid photo ID. Subject to a 2 business day waiting period from the time of purchase unless the event is occurring within that time or unless otherwise specified in the event information. Please note that Box Office Will Call tickets cannot be picked up at Retail Outlets. Subject to change based on artist/event stipulations, and in a rare circumstance at the sole discretion of the Box Office Manager, General Manager, or Asst. General Manager.
